Approval of minutes December meeting- approved.

Treasurers Report:

Discussion underway around investigating new ways to pay for sponsorships (venmo).

Old Business:

All little league volunteers will be required to complete:

  • Abuse awareness training
  • SCA training
  • Concussion training
  • JDP background check
  • Diamond leader training (optional)
  • Fingerprint day for new coaches has been scheduled for March 7th

Continued Field project discussion:

Batting cage improvement proposals are being viewed and discussed by the board. Christine to send the budget around to confirm price and BOD will come to decision.  Upgrades can then either be made in February or August.

Juniors- 24 players

Farm- 68 players

Little sluggers- 36 players

Majors-66 players

Minors- 87 players

Minors A- 39 players

T-Ball- 66 players
