Approval of minutes- February Meeting- approved.

Presidents report–

District manager meeting rescheduled for March

Treasures report- report at next meeting (March)

Old business–

  • Snack shack renovations under way
  • dugouts have been repainted
  • batting cage project in August
  • talk around future state fundraising

Opening Day planning-

TCLL will be gathering in the lower lot. Softball in upper lot. Juniors and majors will begin parade.

New Business-

  • Twitch has been renewed for 2026
  • TCLL will refund for community league memberships through Game Changer (1 per team for Juniors, Majors, Minors) -submitted through treasurer. Jon to draft up messaging.
  • Scheduling: Grounds crew coordination on field closure discussed. Moving forward if grounds crew closes Joe Wag they will inform schedulers/commissioners to update managers of teams for Joe Wag
