  • TCLL lobbying for sectionals ‘26 (11’s)

Treasurer’s report

Discussion around 2025-year end budget and ’26 budget needed for expenses.

  • Motion approved to adopt budget for ‘25.
  • $25k for field maintenance in budget for ‘26
  • Cash reserves in back for upcoming capex projects needed at Joe Wagner field.
    • At next board meeting a discussion will be had around OPEX (maintenance fees) Capex (projects) and cash reserves for league for ‘26

Old Business:

  • March 14 opening Day (21st as backup)
  • Discussion around opening day parade and plan to try and work with city to regain access to Magnolia Avenue.
  • Registration staying in sports connect again this year. All new coaches will require fingerprinting. All volunteers will require abuse awareness and any other credentials (Andy to provide)
  • Spring tryouts to be held at Hall middle school on January 24th (Feb 7th/8th as tentative backup dates)
  • Discussion around additional volunteer accountability in season
  • Sponsorship fee proposal discussion around increasing sign fees and bundling with team sponsorship.
  • Motion to adopt proposal- approved.
  • All Star Sectionals for 11’s on July 16th
  • All Star Districts 10/11/12’s begins June 27th.
  • All Star managers meeting June 16
  • Discussion around all Star opening day returning.
  • March 5th for TCLL team parent meeting
  • Dec 15th is next BOD meeting.
