Board of Directors Meeting (via Zoom)
June 20, 2022 – 7:30 PM Minutes
Present: Mike Boland, Ted Meyer, Sr., Ted Meyer Jr., Jon Weinberg, Dan Searle, Tad Finnie, Kim O’Connell, Bryce Fenster, Jay Sternberg, and Jen Ellard.
- Approval of Minutes: April 5-(no May meeting)-adopted w/out change. Treasurer’s Report: approved as submitted.
President’s Report: TCLL Cardinals won the Majors TOC / Plan to resume in-person meetings in the fall/ TCLL registered for the July 4th Parade for league champions and all-star teams.
- Old Business
Post-Season Schedule-Andy has schedule mostly filled out with volunteers. Ted and Jay reported on the 9 year-old all-stars play.
Movie Report – Jen presented a report on the success of the event. Plan is to host another movie night next season. Discussed was date and timing details to accommodate younger players.
- New Business
All-Star Status – Teams are set and paperwork completed.
Competitive Balance Proposal – referred to Rules Committee for changes. BOD approved change in concept. Pool play for majors next season was discussed and is favored.
Joe Wagner Field Weeding – approved as needed for post season play.
Recognition to Casey Roberts for outstanding work managing the snack bar in 2022.
