Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

 Meeting Format

Present: Mike Boland, Matt Boland, Andy Revell, Danny Searle, AJ Rea, Jon Stone, Kim O’Connell, Joe Crane, Ross Murray

Approval of Minutes (June 3rd) – Approved
Treasurer’s Report– No significant changes from the last meeting.
President’s Report
-No President’s meeting this month

-Post season tourney schedule (Need TCLL volunteers):

  1. Opening dinner ceremony for managers/coaches
  2. Opening Day BBQ with Pin exchange/introductions of teams
  • Merch tent open every day
  1. Lark Theatre showing ‘The Sandlot’ on Sunday at 6:45pm. Visting players free.

New Business:
-Majors/AAA/AA Committee appointed (Mike Boland, Andy Revell, Steve Lightfoot, Jon Weinberg, Ross Murray, AJ Rea, Joe Crane, Matt Boland, Danny Searle, and Jon Stone

-Discussion around outsourcing coaching clinic for Fall Ball. Will further discuss this as an option, while also looking at coaching available within TCLL.

-Meeting adjourned at 8:05pm

Next Board of Directors meeting is August 13th at 7:15pm at Perrys Restaurant.
