Approval of previous minutes- Approved

Presidents report-

Next district meeting is on the 23rd of Nov

Old business-

Division committee reporting, general discussion regarding some public feedback. Future conversations to be had at next board meeting in December. No decision being made until after registration.

New Business-

Tball for 4-year-olds-

Contact other leagues to see what they offer. Formalized proposal coming at future meeting

Saturday, Jan 25th for evaluations at Hall

Registration update moving to Sports Connect. Registration date will be November 22nd

St. Patrick’s secured for opening day walking parade gathering

Budget discussion:

-10% increase in reg fees as recommended by last year

-15k expense for trash collection and landscaping

-Need groundscrew replacements needed

$350- t/ball and Farm

$390- rookie

$490- minors and majors

$440- juniors

$100 off of ever additional child registered per family

Motion approved to raise to these new registration fees. Vote was not unanimous.

Meeting adjourned at 8:50pm
