Presidents report:

Discussion on double elimination all star tournament. Putting together a sample schedule to present at next presidents meeting.

 

Treasures report:

P&L sent to board for review

Registration update:

Exceeded 2024 numbers (459 total players)

 

Majors-

Teams drafted and practices beginning this week

Minors-

Teams drafted and practices beginning next week

Single A/Rookie-

4 teams per division is goal

Practices being scheduled currently

Farm-

80+ players registered

Scheduling of practices underway

 

 

T-Ball-

6 teams

Scheduling underway

 

Little Sluggers-

3 groups of kids on Sunday am

30+ players registered

 

Season Scheduling underway beginning with playoffs and working towards opening day games.

 

New Business:

League constitution sent to board for review. Discussion and approval of constitution approved.

 

Equipment Update:

Team hats and shirts are in for Little sluggers, T-Ball, and Farm

Equipment being distributed to Majors and Minors managers this week

 

Parent meeting will be on Thursday, Feb 27th at 7:30pm

 

Opening day on Saturday, March 15th

 

8:00am Walking parade from St. Pat’s to Joe Wagner

 

Picture Day will be 03/22 and 3/23

 

New shared drive for centralized storage  of TCLL documents discussed. Will continue to discuss.

 

Meeting adjourned at 8pm
