Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Present: Mike Boland, Joe Crane, Danny Searle, Charlie Quanstrom, Blake Schaefer, Matt Boland, Anjuli Marotto, Emily Wilkerson, Jon Stone, Seth Leibick, Christine Golyn, Mark Vaughn, Jon Weinberg

 

Presidents report:

• Board meeting minutes of September 15^th Approved
• First president’s meeting of year will be October 20, 2025
• Summary of district managers’ meeting
  • Fall ball #’s down in several leagues
  • Early registration discussed to increase enrollment next year (before July 4^th)
  • April 4^th is little league day with the SF Giants

Treasures report:

• Budget sent prior to meeting
• Joe Wag maintenance costs to be discussed (future state)
• Budget to be review at October meeting

 

Motion to close out 2024-2025 Season- Approved

 

New Business:

• Election procedures were announced and were in line with proper guidance protocols. Motion approved
• Assigning of positions announced and approved
• New google workspace communications plan announced
