TCLL Board of Directors Meeting

September 15, 2025

Zoom Format

BOD members present:

Mike Boland, Ross Murray, Charlie Quanstrom, Mark Vaughn, Andy Revell, Seth Leibick, Jon Stone, Matt Boland, Chris Coghlan, AJ Rea, Anjuli Marotto, Emily Wilkerson, Jen Ellard

Approval of minutes June 3rd- approved.

Presidents report

-1st president’s meeting of year upcoming

Treasurer’s report:

-Sent financials to board prior to meeting and will be discussed at BOD meeting in October

Old Business:

-Sectional all-star tournament hosted at Joe Wagner field went great. Plenty of volunteers made for a great environment for all teams/families involved.

Fall Ball Report:

-6 total teams (3 majors, 3 minors teams)

-No teams below minors division

-Registration numbers down YOY (main concern being around more travel ball opportunities)

-Discussion around how we ensure we address moving forward- conversation to be ongoing at next board meeting

Joe Wagner Field Report:

-Discussion around how we maintain the field moving forward.  Long discussion had around certain options available.

-Potential for ‘community day’ or fundraiser to draw visibility/support around funding maintenance efforts moving forward.

-Discussion to continue at next board meeting including having Ted Meyer Sr. present on current state and his advice on how to move forward in his absence.

Opening Day Parade:

-Potential discussion with the town/police department about how we can reignite walking parade down Magnolia in 2026.

2026 Registration:

-Discussion around registration date being open in November (needs further discussion)

-March 17th or the 24th for Opening Day
