Approval of minutes May 9th- approved.

Presidents report

-dept of justice auditing little leagues moving forward

-Manager of the team is responsible for team equipment/bat check, not the coaches

-only 50/70 approved field is Juniors Hammond (for all stars)

All Star prep report:

-Good number of volunteers already confirmed. Will continue to send out messaging for more involvement.

-Schedulers did an incredible job lining up additional field space for all Star teams (Pieper Park)

$50 fee per player (all Star fee). Andy to work with managers to collect.

-8yr old all-star tournament expansion

:1 week hosted by Tiburon

:13 players per team

: Novato, San Rafael, Tiburon, TCLL all participating.

: Pitch machine being utilized.

-July 4th parade

League champions and all-star teams are all confirmed.

-Fall Ball Report

: age discussion around registration and implementation including younger ages (league age 7, 8…)

: Discussion around using umpires in fall ball for training purposes.
