Motion of Minutes to Approve from June Board meeting – Approved

In Attendance:  Blake Schaefer, Ross Murray, Mark Vaughn, Charlie Quanstrom, Vlad Rhom, Joe Crane, Christine Golyn, Jon Stone

Old Business:

• Batting cage update- August start date following sectionals (July 23^rd)
• Sound System upgrades from Banana at large on hold due to supply chain issues

New Business:

• Huge thanks to Emily Wilkerson for driving social media and to Dave Evans and Charlie Quanstrom for all the field maintenance and work on all our fields this year.
• Nothing to report New CA CPR certifications for all volunteers and coaches due by Jan 27^th
• ‘26-27 safety officer will be responsible for ensuring all certifications are completed
• Discussion around providing AEDs per site (Joe Wagner Field, Town Park and Cove) before start of next season
• End of year survey to league (parents and coaches) will be drafted and sent prior to next season
• All Star 11-year-old Sectionals tournament from July 16-22 at Joe Wagner field

 

No meeting in August but will resume in early September (date TBD)
